Reliability Evaluation for Distribution System with Distributed Generation

Abstract—Based on the simplification equivalence network, a new
reliability evaluation method using the Monte Carlo time
sequential simulation for the distribution system with distributed
generations (DGs) is presented in this paper. By the zone element
failure effect table calculated at the simplification network, the
impact of the DGs’ stochastic power output, running/failure
statuses of the devices and the stochastic capacity of the loads on
the distribution system reliability are computed by the Monte
Carlo time sequential simulation. With the help of the
equivalence network, the ransack processing during the
calculation is greatly reduced, and the repetitive failure analysis
is avoided. In the stochastic simulation process, the strategy of
synchronously sampling for the states of DGs and the network
devices is adopted, which increases the precision of the
simulation compared with the other methods. The results of the
samples demonstrate the validity and practicability of the new
method.

چكيده

در اين مقاله مبتني بر يك شبكه معادل ساده شده، يك روش جديد ارزيابي قابليت اطمينان با استفاده از شبيه سازي زنجيره زماني مونت كارلو براي سيستم توزيع در حضور توليدات پراكنده (DG) ارائه مي گردد. با جدول اثر شكست المان ناحيه اي محاسبه شده در شبكه ساده سازي شده، اثر توان خروجي تصادفي DG ها، وضعيت هاي كار يا شكست تجهيزات و ظرفيت تصادفي بارها در قابليت اطمينان سيستم توزيع با شبيه سازي زنجيره زماني مونت كارلو محاسبه گرديد. به كمك مدار معادل، فرآيند جستجو طي محاسبه بشدت كاهش مي يابد و از آناليز شكست تكراري اجتناب مي گردد. در پروسه شبيه سازي تصادفي، راهبرد نمونه برداري همزمان براي وضعيت هاي DG ها و تجهيزات شبكه اتخاذ مي گردد، كه دقت شبيه سازي را در مقايسه با ديگر روش ها افزايش مي دهد. نتايچ نمونه ها اعتبار و قابليت كاربرد روش جديد را نشان مي دهد.
