Business Process Reengineering, a Crisis Solution or a Necessity

This case study shows that the company decided to implement Business Process
Reengineering (BPR) not only because external environment had changed, but also due to
its obsolete business processes and organizational structure. The article will highlight the
importance of the organizations' focusing on sub-goals, in order to finally reach the desired
result in the organization's main goals. When rapid evolution has become the fundamental
contemporary coordinate, reengineering is a form of company innovative reaction in terms
of intensifying competition and globalization. Remodeling the Company in phases of crisis,
when time pressure reduces the type and number of solutions that can be adopted, without
effective leadership, can lead in most cases to failure. The effect of redesigning the business
processes depends on how well it is implemented, coordinated and monitored.

بازمهندسي فرايند كسب و كار، راه حل بحران يا ضرورت

چكيده

اين مطالعه­ي موردينشان مي‏دهد كه شركت تصميم به پياده سازي‏بازمهندسي فرايند كسب و كار‏ (BPR) گرفت نه تنها به خاطر تغيير محيط خارجي بلكه به دليل منسوخ بودن فرايند كسب و كار‏ و ساختار سازماني. اين مقاله اهميت تمركز سازمان بر اهداف فرعي را به منظور رسيدن به نتيجه مورد نظر سازمان در اهداف اصلي نمايان مي‏سازد. جائيكه تحول سريع تبديل بهويژگي اساسي معاصر شده است، بازمهندسي شكلي از واكنش نوآورانه‏يشركت از نظر تشديد رقابت و جهاني شدن است. بازسازي شركت در مرحله بحران، زماني كه فشار زمان موجب كاهش نوع و تعدادراه حل‏هاي قابل انتخابمي‏شود، بدون رهبري موثر، مي‏تواند در بسياري از موارد به شكست منجر شود. اثر طراحي مجدد فرايندهاي كسب و كار‏ بستگي به چگونگي پياده­سازي‏، هماهنگ و نظارت بر آن­ها دارد.
